To download your purchase you will need 2 things:

• Your E-Mail Address

• Receipt Number  
  (Currently a 16 digit number with a dash every 4 digits)
  Example:  4616-4483-4076-0858

OR

• Transaction ID
  (Currently 17 letter/number value)
  Example: 3C776985ED397372X

The Receipt Number has a combination of digits with dashes in between.  This can be found on your some e-mail receipt from PayPal or from your Skits and Stuff order e-mail.  Currently the receipt number totals 16 digits and 3 dashes.

The Transaction ID has a combination of letters and digits with no spaces or dashes and total 17 characters.  This can be found on soem e-mail receipt from PayPal or from your Skits and Stuff order e-mail.

Example:

  Transaction ID: 3C776985ED397372X
