Ask any child to name a hero, and
they may give you responses like "Superman" or
"Batman." But what really makes a hero?
In this 4 week series we examine the lives of Gideon, Esther,
Ruth and Elijah, as we discover what it takes to be a hero in
today's world. Through their experiences, we find how
these ordinary people became extraordinary with God's help. Sharing
in our adventures is our own "Super Dude:" a puppet
character who has a difficult time relating to the "human"
world. His helpfulness is often misguided, as he forgets that
as humans we are limited in our own abilities. As the weeks
pass, however, Super Dude learns there's more to being a hero than
simply possessing "super" human abilities.
